These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of products and services via Mdermal Supplies online store mdermalsupplies.com by you the consumer.

It is recommended that you carefully read through our Terms and Conditions before completing your order via FoxyFillers.

Ordering Online

You must be over 18 years of age to purchase from our online store.

When you make an order through our store, you accept all responsibility for checking that your purchase complies with the laws of the country you are shipping to.

You are able to place orders online via the website https://www.foxyfillers.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless notified via the homepage. You will receive an email confirmation outlining your order.

If we cannot verify the shipping name and shipping address under our system, or the system flags your order for further information required, we may ask for proof of ID to verify the parcel is going to the registered cardholder’s address. We do this to protect the cardholder from fraud.

We communicate regularly to update you on the progress of your order, and usually it is dispatched the same day, depending on time zones.

It is our responsibility to ensure all prices are correct at the time of purchase.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible before the shipping confirmation email has been sent.

Once your shipping confirmation email has been sent, we do not accept cancellations. As soon as your order has been dispatched or collected via “our courier,” you will have to wait until you receive the items to be able to return them within 7 days of delivery.

Please email sales@mdermalsupplies.com to request the return instructions. We will then email you the process for returns.

Your tracking may show ‘label created and not yet in system, even when the item has been collected by “our courier.” This is because the item has not transferred to “your courier.” Customers are not able to dispute this, and we are able to provide evidence of the parcel being handed to “our courier.”

Order Despatch

Mdermal Supplies will dispatch your order within 24 hours, taking into consideration stock availability and time zone differences.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive another email to confirm the tracking number. It is your duty to ensure your delivery information is correct, as any alterations may delay the processing of your order.

We select reliable couriers for delivery, and all items are tracked and signed for. Please be prepared for delays during busy periods such as Christmas, New Year, and postal strikes.

We do not accept returns for open boxes, and no refund is applied to boxes that have been opened.

We check our product packaging carefully to see if it is intact and not damaged before sending it out. Gel syringes are sealed and protected inside a small package that is further protected by outer branded packaging. The manufacturers have ensured optimum protection of the main product so that if, in the instance, the outer packaging becomes damaged during transit, the internal content will remain unaffected and still sterile.

We also check each order carefully to ensure the correct items are sent to you.

In addition, we do not issue refunds for orders where delivery has been refused by you or if you have entered the wrong address.

If a parcel is randomly chosen by customs to be processed, it can take approximately 30 working days. Customs processing rarely takes more than 2 days, but in the rare case that it does, we allow customs to perform their job. By making an international sale, you agree to allow customs to also perform their duty.

Mdermal Supplies is an international merchant and takes no liability to comply with the laws and legislation for the country in which you reside and make your purchases from, e.g., where the order will be dispatched to. The consumer must take responsibility for checking the product is suitable for import into their country.

Transport Insurance

Transport insurance covers the loss of your package “during transit.”

Transport insurance is added to your basket by default. You are able to remove the $7.99 transport insurance from your basket if you do not want transport insurance. However, if your package is lost during transit, you are not covered for a reshipment.

A package ‘in transit’ should be given 4 weeks without a new scan (excluding customs inbound scans) before being approved as formally lost.

A ‘delivered’ package is subject to formal investigation with the delivery courier before being approved as formally lost.

Once approved as formally lost, packages are re-shipped only; no refund is given for lost packages.

Transport insurance does not cover packages left in a safe place with a signature release/waiver request selected at checkout.

If a lost package is found and delivered, you agree to pay 50% towards the reshipment.

Transport insurance does not cover the loss of packages that have been returned back to us after an attempted delivery when you have had ample time to collect your package from the post office.

Acceptable Payments Types

We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. All payments are subject to authorization from your bank. Mdermal Supplies reserves the right to cancel any orders if fraud is suspected.

Delivery

We are not liable for business losses in the case of delivery delays.

Signature Waiver—By default, all packages require a signature. However, if you request the no-signature option at checkout by ticking the box for Signature Waiver and entering a safe place, you are accepting liability for loss, theft, and damage of your package when the postal worker leaves your package at your confirmed safe place.

A signature is highly recommended to ensure safe delivery—should you not be at your delivery location, the postal worker will take the package back to the post office so you can collect and sign for it.

Use of Products

You are responsible for the purchase/use of the products within the country you reside in, based on the legislation of that country.

Products should be administered by a trained professional who agrees to treat you under their guidance. You must check with them first, if they agree to administer the product purchased by you, before you commit to buy.

If a fault of any kind is reported, photographic evidence must be attached upon reporting it. We are unable to resolve cases where photos are not submitted within at least 48 hours of reporting.

We don’t give any advice on the treatment of products. We do not take liability for any product wasted as a result of self-treatment; this is at the customer’s own expense. This includes trained professionals, who must not self-administer on ‘themselves’ either. We are a stockist of products only and don’t take any liability for loss of product.
